Q. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PROPERTIES?

A. Our properties are all-inclusive, so you can arrive with just a suitcase. All of our rentals include all taxes, furnishings, kitchen items, linens, household items, high speed wireless internet, unlimited calling nationwide, all utilities, satellite or cable TV with flat screen TV/s, washer/dyer, access to amenities and 24-hour maintenance. Q. CAN I STAY MONTH TO MONTH?

A. Yes, if you select our month to month lease option (instead of a fixed date lease), you can give 14-day notice to vacate after staying our minimum 32 days.  That means you can stay for as long as you need the property.  When you are ready to leave, just send us an e-mail with your departure date 14 days or more prior to leaving.

Q. WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS? IS RENT PRO-RATED?

A. We send monthly invoices on the 5th of the month, and payment is due on the 25th of each month for the following month (For example, February 25 payment is due for March rent). We accept all major credit cards, cash and check. If you move in or out on a day other than the 1st of the month, your rent will be prorated.

Q. DO YOU REQUIRE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?

A. Yes, we require a security deposit for all of our units. As long as the property is returned in good condition, the full security deposit is returned within 30 days of your departure.

Q. IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

A. Parking is always available for our units in the same building. Parking is typically between $245-$320/month/vehicle, and is available for as many cars as needed.

Q. DO YOU OFFER EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE ON YOUR PROPERTIES?

A. Yes, we offer 24-hour maintenance on all of our properties.

Q. DO YOU OFFER MAID SERVICE?

A. Yes, we will coordinate maid service at your request for all of our rentals for an additional fee.

Q. DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING IN YOUR PROPERTIES?

A. No, we do not allow smoking in our properties.

Q. DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

A. Yes, pets are allowed in our properties when the apartment is on a specified pet floor. We charge a one-time non-refundable pet fee that is used for deep cleaning the apartment on departure.

Q. HOW ARE THE PROPERTIES CLEANED BETWEEN TENANTS?

A. We have all of our units professionally cleaned in between tenants. We wash all kitchen items and every linen before each client move-in. We conduct a 50-point inspection of every apartment prior to every arrival. We also ensure that you have basic items, like soap and laundry detergent, to start you in your new rental.

Q. HOW DO I PICK UP MY KEYS?

A. Your keys will be with the 24- hour doorman for pick-up anytime after 3:00 PM CST on your move-in day.

Q. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO AT MOVE-OUT?

A. Move-out must be by 11:00AM CST on your departure day. For your move-out, we ask that you return the property in the same condition it was rented to you in, including general cleaning. Two sets of keys should be returned to the door staff on departure. Your security deposit will be returned within 30 days of your departure.

Q. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

A. If you cancel your reservation 15 days or more prior to your move-in date/time, then the cancellation penalty is $500. If you cancel within 14 days or less prior to your move-in date/time then you are responsible for the entire duration of the lease. In this case you can contact us for options to sublease the apartment. If you choose a month to month option with 14 day notice to vacate, once you stay the minimum of 32 days then you can leave at anytime with a simple 14 day written notice. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to furnished@chicagopropertyconcierge.com.

Please note that the cancellation policy will vary if you have booked through a third-party booking site, and you may need to refer to the third-party cancellation policy for your reservation.

Q. DO YOU OFFER EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT?

A. Yes, we offer early check-in and late check-out options for a fee. You may also purchase an additional day in the apartment, if available
